Yatharth Hospital Expands Presence in North India with Acquisition of Shantived Hospital in Agra
Yatharth Hospital, a leading super-speciality hospital group in North India, has announced the acquisition of Shantived Hospital in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The deal, valued at an enterprise value of Rs 260 crore ($29.5 million) in an all-cash deal, is expected to significantly enhance Yatharth Hospital's position in Uttar Pradesh and strengthen its position as an integrated healthcare leader in the region.
Shantived Hospital, a healthcare provider based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, was established in 2021 and operates on about 1,65,000 sq. ft land. The hospital currently has an operational capacity of 150 beds, with an expandable capacity of 250 beds. For FY25, Shantived Hospital generated revenue of around Rs 50 crore.

Shantived Hospital provides multi-speciality care services to patients from Agra and surrounding regions. The acquisition is expected to contribute to Yatharth Hospital's topline and bottomline from the first day. The Agra hospital will be the eighth hospital in Yatharth's network, increasing its total capacity to over 2,500 beds.
Yatharth Hospital currently operates a network of super-speciality hospitals across North India, including cities such as Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Delhi, and Jhansi. The acquisition of Shantived Hospital is part of Yatharth Hospital's expansion of its operations in North India. The city of Agra will be the latest addition to Yatharth Hospital's network of hospitals.
The acquisition of Shantived Hospital was announced through a stock exchange disclosure. Yatharth Hospital currently has a presence in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Delhi-NCR. The acquisition is expected to significantly expand Yatharth Hospital's presence in Uttar Pradesh.
