The Yoga Connect 2025 summit, organised by the Ministry of Ayush, is set to take place in New Delhi on 14th June 2025. This hybrid event will bring together in-person and virtual attendees, marking a significant milestone in India's global yoga movement, which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

Held under the theme "Yoga for One Earth, One Health", the summit aims to reinforce yoga's role in promoting health, unity, and global well-being. Renowned yoga personalities such as Swami Baba Ramdevji, Acharya Balakrishnaji, HR Nagendraji, and others will participate in the event.

The Yoga Connect 2025 summit will also serve as a strategic platform for senior officials from the Centre and States to discuss the progress, challenges, and future roadmap for the implementation of Agri Stack under the Digital Agriculture Mission (DAM).

One of the major highlights of the summit will be the release of the 'Yoga Prabhava' report. Thematic sessions will cover topics like Yoga for Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) prevention, women's health, Yoga-Tech, Yoga commerce, and impact assessment.

In the realm of fisheries development, the Department of Fisheries aims to expand the culture area from 55 to 70 lakh hectares and double productivity from 5 to 10 tonnes/ha. The Indian government has infused ₹38,572 crore into various schemes like Blue Revolution, FIDF, PMMSY, PM-MKSSY, and KCC to modernize and expand the sector.

The Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers' Welfare (MoA&FW) organised the National Conference on Agri Stack: Turning Data into Delivery on 14th June 2025 in New Delhi. Upcoming features such as Farmer Authorization Systems and Digitally Verifiable Certificates (DVCs) were introduced at this conference. AI-powered Solutions, including a chatbot built on Google Gemini for multi-language farmer support and pilots for facial authentication, crop identification, and backend code optimization, were also showcased.

In addition, agreements were signed with various states and organisations for seamless digital access to credit using Farmer Registry-linked authentication. Over 300 fisheries start-ups are being supported for innovation in digital tools, value addition, and post-harvest technology.

The Yoga Connect 2025 summit will also witness the participation of experts from various countries like Bahrain, the US, the UK, and South Korea. The event will end with an open session for State feedback, enabling peer learning and reinforcing collaboration to scale up digital agri-governance.
