Staffing agency Adecco recognized as one of Europe's top workplaces in 2014.

In 2014, our group was honoured to be included in the list of the top 25 multinational companies that excel in creating a consistent, high-trust workplace culture across national borders, according to Great Place to Work®.

The annual ranking by Great Place to Work® is the most comprehensive study of organizational culture worldwide. With over 20 years of history, the organization was founded in the United States and has since expanded to recognizing workplaces in nearly 50 countries.

In the 2014 edition, Great Place to Work® analyzed data from over 2,300 companies. The complete report features the 100 Best Workplaces, divided into three size categories: 25 Best Multinational Workplaces, 25 Best Large Workplaces, and 50 Best Small & Medium Workplaces. Our group made its debut in the ranking of top multinational workplaces, securing the 19th position.

Mark De Smedt, Chief Human Resources Officer of our group, expressed his delight at the recognition, stating that the company is "pleased to be recognized as a Top Great Place to Work and the Greatest Staffing Company to work for."

The firm's focus is on identifying, creating, and sustaining great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. This specific condition has been shown to foster innovation, commitment, and emotional engagement, driving both employee retention and business performance.

Our group was recognized for values such as credibility, fairness, respect, camaraderie, and pride. The company's representation was also based on a survey completed by 4,405 employees in 7 European countries and a Cultural Audit run by Great Place to Work® between 2013 and 2014.
