Seniors: Learn to Prevent Osteoporosis at Oct 23 Lecture

Seniors in the area are invited to a special lecture on 'Before Bones Break: Osteoporosis and Nutrition' at the Bürgerhaus Hackenbroich on Thursday, October 23rd. The event, held in honor of World Osteoporosis Day, will feature Dr. Gerta van Oost, a Diplom-Trophologist, who will provide valuable tips on proper aging behavior.

The lecture, targeted specifically at seniors, will take place at the Bürgerhaus Hackenbroich, located at Salm-Reifferscheidt-Allee 20. Dr. van Oost, an expert in her field, will lead the session and offer insights into maintaining bone health and overall well-being in old age. The event aims to raise awareness about osteoporosis, a condition that affects many seniors.
