Refreshed Aesthetics and Proven Quality Affirmed: sebamed Unveils Redesigned Product Line

Starting August 1, 2025, Sebamed is introducing a fresh new packaging design for its baby care products. This redesign, which aligns with Sebamed’s focus on purity and gentle care, reflects a commitment to clear communication of ingredient safety and product efficacy, alongside environmentally responsible packaging materials.

Sebamed, a brand that specializes in medical skin cleansing and care with a pH value of 5.5, was founded in 1967. The brand's products are made in Germany, as indicated by the "Medical Skin Care Made in Germany" label, emphasizing their origin and dermatological focus.

The new design is intended to make Sebamed's medical skin cleansing and care expertise more visible. It stands for clarity, transparency, and sustainability. The packaging concept integrates indications of skin microbiome stabilization and clinically proven effectiveness.

The front of the products in the new design presents main ingredients, study awards, and product features in an intuitive, transparent, and easily recognizable way. A prominent feature is the visible pH scale, which illustrates the skin-friendly pH value of 5.5 and explains its importance for skin health.

The new design also highlights Sebamed’s environmental commitment, such as the avoidance of silicones and microplastics. Some products will no longer come with a folding box, saving packaging material and protecting the environment.
