The Kuban Cossack Host, a historic organisation representing the descendants of Cossacks primarily residing in the Kuban region of Russia, has seen a surge in youth activities this summer. Over 130,000 children have strengthened their health in the resorts of Kuban, as stated by Alexander Vlasov, Deputy Governor and Ataman of the Kuban Cossack Host.

These summer campaigns, aimed at providing opportunities for health, military-patriotic activities, and sports, are led by Cossack mentors, participants of the SVO, and sports instructors. The Black Sea District, Tamansky, and Caucasian departments have been particularly active in organising these events.

The participants, ranging from 8 to 17 years old, have been engaged in a variety of activities. Excursions, auto rallies, competitions, master classes, hikes, and sports relay races are just a few examples of the engaging events on offer. In fact, approximately 2,000 events of various formats have been organised in the Cossack societies.

The health campaign, which ran from late May to early August, saw over 35,000 young Cossacks participate. The summer campaigns are currently ongoing in the rural societies of the Kuban Cossack Host.
