Damage claims from vaccines: Numerous filings, minimal approvals - Multiple Uses of Vaccines, Limited Acknowledgements of side effects or injuries

Her's the deets: Since 2021, 1,098 folks in Berlin alone have petitioned for acknowledgment of health problems linked to a COVID-19 jab. Out of this lot, a mere 18 have been accepted, as declared by Lageso, that's the Berlin State Office for Health and Social Affairs. Sadly, 193 petitions got refused, while a staggering 334 were transferred to other federal states. Two cases met a bitter fate due to the applicants' apathy. In Brandenburg, the numbers were starkly lower with a mere 417 petitions, out of which only 7 have been accepted.

Dealing with a mess of medical jargon and expert opinions, the claim evaluation process can drag on for an impractical length of time. In Berlin, 550 applications are currently in limbo. Each case requires extensive documentation and medical assessments, resulting in a lengthy and complex process.

If your post-jab health dive-bombed, no worries; you're eligible for medical aid, cash benefits, nursing care costs, and services as needed. But the validation process can be grueling, with many applicants still awaiting acknowledgment.

Now let's discuss Brandenburg - where LASV steers the ship. Since April 2025, they've received 417 petitions regarding post-COVID-19 vaccination health predicaments. 286 cases have been refused, while 23 of 'em were passéd along to the feds.

In Brandenburg, approximately 1.7 million individuals have been injected with the COVID-19 vaccine. RKI, that's Robert Koch Institute, reports over 5.2 million vaccinations in the state by July 2024, with 68% of the population receiving a single dose.

As for Berlin, over 8.9 million vaccinations have been performed, with roughly 2.9 million receiving at least one dose, equaling 79%.

Minister-wise, Britta Müller (indie) decried the gaps in addressing long-term COVID consequences and criticized the ongoing fight for recognition. Müller labels it necessary to streamline and reduce the stigma surrounding vaccine impairments' recording and compensation in Germany.

Unfortunately, vaccine-induced adverse events and health problems are quite rare but do happen. The consequences can run the gamut from chronic fatigue, physical debilitation, and headaches to sleeping and concentration issues. To tackle these challenges, both Berlin and Brandenburg have established support networks.

In Brandenburg, the "Direna" network has been established as a diagnostic consult and care point, displaying possible treatment options. In Berlin, "Counseling & Help Post-Viral Syndromes" appeared a while back, providing advice but no medical or legal counseling. The Berlin Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians suggests reaching out to a primary care physician first if facing such issues.

  1. The 'Counseling & Help Post-Viral Syndromes' network in Berlin, though providing advice, does not offer medical or legal counseling, emphasizing the importance of consulting a primary care physician first when facing health issues thought to be related to COVID-19 vaccination.
  2. In the debate over health policy and long-term COVID consequences, independent Minister Britta Müller raised concerns about the ongoing struggle for recognition, advocating for streamlined processes and a reduction of stigma surrounding vaccine impairments and their compensation in Germany.
  3. Despite being relatively uncommon, vaccine-induced adverse events and health problems may manifest in the form of chronic fatigue, physical impairment, headaches, sleeping and concentration issues, underscoring the need for comprehensive support networks, such as the 'Direna' network in Brandenburg and resources devoted to health and wellness, mental health, and chronic diseases.
