Complimentary Dementia Support Course at St. Barbara-Hospital Gladbeck
Navigating the challenges of dementia can be taxing for both patients and their loved ones. To aide in this, the comprehensive three-part course "Dementia Care for Relatives and Caregivers" is offered.
The complimentary course aims to support those impacted by the disease, focusing on topics such as managing performance demands, understanding the experiences of those affected, dealing with daily crises and conflicts related to dementia, effective communication with individuals dealing with dementia, and stress-relieving techniques.
The courses are scheduled on Thursdays and Fridays, or can be arranged individually. Interested participants are invited to attend sessions at St. Barbara-Hospital Gladbeck (2nd floor, Room No. 2115), Barbarastraße 1, 45964 Gladbeck. Prior registration is preferred.
