Corvias & Toyota Transform Army Housing for 4,500+ Families
Corvias and Toyota have teamed up to create a groundbreaking housing solution that's set to enhance the living conditions of over 4,500 homes across three major US Army bases, including Fort Worth. The project aims to boost air and water quality, tackle excessive moisture, and improve lighting, benefiting over 15,000 residents.
The expansion, which covers Fort Bragg, Fort Meade, and Fort Riley, follows successful pilot projects and positive feedback. The program is designed to enhance soldier readiness and strengthen family resilience, contributing to military retention. Corvias, in collaboration with Vitacorps, has designed and implemented the program, with prototype installations certified according to the WELL Building Standard. Notably, the improvements are achieved without significant infrastructure investments or temporary housing solutions.
