On arrival, the heavy-hearted rescuers faced a challenge convincing the mother to shatter the window of her cherished automobile. Meanwhile, paramedic Natalia Fedorova and her colleague Konstantin Chabanenko focused on reassuring and pacifying the terrified baby to prevent further anxiety and crying. Determined to act swiftly, the medical team urged immediate intervention. At last, the firefighters managed to smash the car window and free the infant.
