Case initiated in Zabaikal for falsified dismissal documents
In the Russian region of Zabaykalsky Krai, an investigation has been initiated following the discovery of a case of fraudulent dispensarization. The Regional Prosecutor's Office has taken up the case in response to media reports detailing the incident.
The fraudulent activities are said to have involved employees of a local medical facility, who allegedly inputted false data into the information system. According to reports, these false claims concerned preventive examinations, with over 50 citizens being falsely listed as having undergone these examinations.
The nature of the fraudulent dispensarization has been clarified to result in a loss of 77,000 rubles from the regional budget. The false data has since been removed from digital platforms, according to the prosecutor's office.
Despite the ongoing investigation, no individuals or organizations have been identified as suspects beyond those involved in the criminal case. A criminal case for fraud using official position has been opened against those under investigation. However, the identity of the employee being investigated, as well as the specific entity being dispensarized fraudulently, remains undisclosed in the available information.
The regional authorities are urging transparency and swift action to ensure the integrity of public services and the proper allocation of funds. The investigation into this matter is still ongoing, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
