Volunteers have swung into action. They uncovered evidence suggesting Valeria might've been spotted in neighboring Berezanskaya, roughly 20 kilometers from home.
"She inquired about the way to Veselki. It's possible Valeria's disoriented," the search team speculates.
Efforts by the local police and residents to unearth viable leads and piece together Valeria's route have yet to bear fruit.
